We’re delighted to say that customers can now purchase electric bikes online via our website. It’s quick, easy to use and payments are totally secure.

OnBike E-commerce: Delivery or Collection
Delivery
Delivery of ebikes is normally within 5 working days of placing an order online. Sometimes it can be longer depending on whether or not the bike is ready for dispatch or requires building. Either way, you’ll feel confident on receipt that your ebike is in perfect working order and ready to ride. In addition, the battery will be fully charged.
Following the placing of your order, you will receive a telephone call to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery. It’s that simple!
Collection
Customers have the choice of taking delivery of a new ebike at their home address or reserving the bike for collection in store. Not surprisingly, this latter process is called ‘Click & Collect’. There’s a link at the top of our website on the right hand side of the Homepage that provides more information about this service.
Once again, one of our team will call you to discuss a suitable time for collection. Perhaps surprisingly, an electric bike will fit into the boot of most cars with the front wheel off. We’ve not been beaten yet!
Login/Register Feature
You’ll notice that there’s the option to register. This isn’t mandatory and is simply there for customers who will potentially make a further online purchase at a later date.
Also worthy of note is that we fully build bikes to British Standards prior to delivery or collection. We don’t believe in sending bikes out in boxes for the consumer to tackle!
