Telephone calls are always welcome here at OnBike. However, due to the substantial increase in customers visiting our store, it’s getting harder to answer the phone!
We’re very aware how frustrating this can be; a message is left leaving the caller wondering if they really will get that call back! We know how you feel!
Thank you for your patience
We’d like to thank everyone who phones and leaves a message. We do our utmost to return calls when we can on the same day. Sometimes though, we have a busy shop all day and we simply cannot return a call the same day a message is left.
We will call you back as soon as we can.
It really helps if you do the following when leaving a message:
- provide your name and contact number
- explain briefly the reason for your call
- sometimes a response from us via email is more appropriate. Please provide your email address.
- if you can’t get through, please send us an email to: info@onbike.co.uk
- even better…come and visit us, we don’t bite!
Our store is open for business on Tuesday to Saturday, from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
