The Victoria SCALYO 3 is a 20″ wheel, fully folding electric bike, powered by Bosch. Designed for a multitude of uses, this beautiful example of German engineering is equally at home in the urban jungle or on the boat, caravan or motorhome. It’s high torque 75Nm Bosch Performance motor has more than enough pulling power. The long range 545Wh battery ensures more than ample range for all journeys. The Victoria SCALYO 3 is Simple and Easy to Fold

Fully folding in a matter of seconds, the SCALYO 3 reduces in size to a very portable 88cm x 77cm x 38cm. This compact ebike will fit easily into the boot of a car, and is more than welcome on a train.

Gearing is simple, smooth and accurate thanks to a nice Shimano Nexus 5-speed hub ensuring excellent hill-climbing and low maintenance. Effective braking is via Tektro hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, and ensure the Victoria SCALYO 3 responds kindly when asked. Keeping the rider in full comfort are the highly acclaimed Schwalbe Moto-X tyres. They’re a great all-rounder and suitable for a multitude of surfaces from tarmac to railway cuttings and canal towpaths. How do I measure my height?

With your shoes off, stand upright against a wall, with your shoulders back and legs together. Use a pencil to make a small mark on the wall above your head (make sure you hold the pencil parallel to the floor). Then measure from the floor to your mark, in centimetres or feet and inches.

How do I measure my inside leg length?

With your shoes off, stand upright with your back against a wall. Place a book/ruler between your legs, level with your crotch. Then measure from the floor to the top of the book/ruler, in centimetres or feet and inches (it’s easier if a friend helps).

Q & A

Do all brands of ebike use the same unit of measurement?

No. Most brands show sizing in centimetres, however some use a S/M/L system, and others use inches. The table above includes all of these variations to help you find the right size.

Which size should I go for if I'm in between those listed?

If your measurements suggest that you have a choice of two different sizes, then in the end it’s a personal choice. Here are some rules of thumb to consider: Touring/Trekking ebikes - choose the smaller size. It is possible to make a smaller frame bigger (for example, by raising the saddle or fitting a longer the stem), whereas if the frame itself is too big for you, it’s likely to be less comfortable and won't feel right. eMTBs - choose the larger size. You’ll find an eMTB with a slightly larger frame easier to handle than one that feels cramped. You can always fit a shorter stem if necessary to reduce the reach to the handlebars.

How are ebike frame sizes measured?
