We have some very important news to share!
As we mentioned previously in our
post on the 2nd November, Riese Muller are shortly relocating their factory in Germany, just a few miles from their current location to a much larger facility. This impacts on lead times, and we just wanted to provide an update for everyone.
All new orders placed in December will be built and dispatched from Riese Muller’s new facility on around March 17th, to arrive instore the following week.
All Riese Muller bikes are hand built to order which is one reason why they are such a sought after ebike. It’s the passion that goes into every build.

A final word on lead times – Spring 2019!
As we say…December orders will secure a delivery date of late March, which is ideal in readiness for Spring 2019! It may be worth bearing in mind that orders after this time may attract a delivery date beyond March altogether.
Order now with a small deposit, pay the balance later!
** Unlike other retailers, OnBike only requires a small deposit to secure an order, whereas other dealers may request full payment upfront. This means that the balance due is not required until the day on which the customer takes receipt of the bike. That’s been our policy from day one, and isn’t going to change!
