The SCOTT Axis eRide 10 Men is a highly versatile, utility ebike with a powerful engine and great performance.

Thanks to its 29er setup, this gutsy performer is suitable for a wide variety of applications. The Axis is comfortable in the urban jungle, but equally at home on trails, railway cuttings and canal towpaths.This stylish ebike is full of great features and high level components. Sleek lines and a super sweet design add further to the appeal. The strong Bosch Performance CX (Gen4) motor pulls at 85Nm and couples with a huge 625Wh, integrated Bosch PowerTube. The combination make for a dynamic, responsive ride that’s both thrilling and exciting no matter what the terrain.

Featuring 6061 lightweight alloy frames, the Axis range of luxury ebikes are both strong and highly versatile. A tapered headtube with E2 custom butted tubing ensures a strong and responsive feel at all times. Internal cable routing ensures sleek lines and great aesthetics.

The Axis eRide 10 Men is sensible and straightforward in design. A nice set of SR Suntour XCR34 Air forks with 100mm travel on the front ensure capable and trustworthy handling. They cope easily with everyday bumps to ensure a smooth and even ride. The Shimano XT 12-speed gearing works extremely well and complements Bosch’s CX drive perfectly. The ride is ultra smooth and responsive. Even the most challenging hills are no match for the Axis. Hydraulic disc brakes from Shimano ensure responsive and effective braking when required.

The wheelset on the Axis eRide 10 Men is both strong and reliable, offering resilience, longevity and stability. Each wheel comprises a quality Shimano hub and Syncros tubeless-ready rims which are more than up to the job. How do I measure my height?

With your shoes off, stand upright against a wall, with your shoulders back and legs together. Use a pencil to make a small mark on the wall above your head (make sure you hold the pencil parallel to the floor). Then measure from the floor to your mark, in centimetres or feet and inches.

How do I measure my inside leg length?

With your shoes off, stand upright with your back against a wall. Place a book/ruler between your legs, level with your crotch. Then measure from the floor to the top of the book/ruler, in centimetres or feet and inches (it’s easier if a friend helps).

Q & A

Do all brands of ebike use the same unit of measurement?

No. Most brands show sizing in centimetres, however some use a S/M/L system, and others use inches. The table above includes all of these variations to help you find the right size.

Which size should I go for if I'm in between those listed?

If your measurements suggest that you have a choice of two different sizes, then in the end it’s a personal choice. Here are some rules of thumb to consider: Touring/Trekking ebikes - choose the smaller size. It is possible to make a smaller frame bigger (for example, by raising the saddle or fitting a longer the stem), whereas if the frame itself is too big for you, it’s likely to be less comfortable and won't feel right. eMTBs - choose the larger size. You’ll find an eMTB with a slightly larger frame easier to handle than one that feels cramped. You can always fit a shorter stem if necessary to reduce the reach to the handlebars.

How are ebike frame sizes measured?

An electric bike’s frame size is calculated by measuring the distance from the top of the seat tube (where the seat post inserts), to the centre of the front chainring. Sizing Guide
