In fact, there are huge similarities between the Bergamont and SCOTT brands. Their drive units of choice are Bosch, and focus mainly on the high output Performance (65Nm) and CX (85Nm) motors.
On closer inspection, it’s evident that some models like the Sub Sport and the E-Horizon Sport have the same frames and almost identical specification. The brand fits very well with SCOTT’s own portfolio, and synergises perfectly. The ‘Sport’ specification from both brands offers Bosch Performance CX (Gen 4) 85Nm motors and 625Wh batteries on all models.
Most notable is that both Bergamont and SCOTT produce strong performing ebikes with great appeal to both ladies and men.
