The SCOTT Sub Sport eRide 10 Men is a tough and rugged performer, suitable for everyday applications. It’s a simple, no-nonsense ebike with a wide range of great features and stylish good looks.

Based on 28″ wheels, the eRide 10 Men is full of great features and high level components. It’s extremely comfortable, provides ultra-tuned ergonomics, and is an easy to ride touring e-bike. It’s equally at ease on tarmac roads or loose terrain. The strong Bosch Performance CX (Gen4) motor pulls at 85Nm and couples with a super long range 750Wh, integrated battery. This combination make cycling a real breeze, and provide extensive range for leisurely rides out.

Huge comfort, long range

The Sub Sport eRide 10 Men is sensible and straightforward in design. It’s Suntour front forks are strong yet versatile. They cope easily with everyday bumps to ensure a smooth and even ride. The Shimano XT 11-speed gearing works extremely well and suits the bike down to the ground. Hydraulic disc brakes from Shimano ensure responsive and effective braking when required. The wheelset on the eRide Men is both strong and reliable, offering resilience, longevity and stability. Each wheel comprises a quality Shimano hub and Cross X17 rims which are more than up to the job in hand. Add to that a nice sized 55c Schwalbe Energizer Active Plus Tour tyre with puncture resistance and you have a really nice, confident and comfortable ride ahead.

Ultra bright lights feature on the SCOTT. On the front is a bright Lezyne 200 Lumen, whilst a top notch Superbright illuminates the rear. Featuring strong mudguards, front and rear, a clean ride is assured every time. A very useful Racktime™ rear carrier allows luggage to be easily attached and removed. Hassle-free!

The centrally mounted Intuvia 100 display from Bosch provides all the necessary rider information clearly and concisely.

How do I measure my height?

With your shoes off, stand upright against a wall, with your shoulders back and legs together. Use a pencil to make a small mark on the wall above your head (make sure you hold the pencil parallel to the floor). Then measure from the floor to your mark, in centimetres or feet and inches.

How do I measure my inside leg length?

With your shoes off, stand upright with your back against a wall. Place a book/ruler between your legs, level with your crotch. Then measure from the floor to the top of the book/ruler, in centimetres or feet and inches (it’s easier if a friend helps).

Q & A

Do all brands of ebike use the same unit of measurement?

No. Most brands show sizing in centimetres, however some use a S/M/L system, and others use inches. The table above includes all of these variations to help you find the right size.

Which size should I go for if I'm in between those listed?

If your measurements suggest that you have a choice of two different sizes, then in the end it’s a personal choice. Here are some rules of thumb to consider: Touring/Trekking ebikes - choose the smaller size. It is possible to make a smaller frame bigger (for example, by raising the saddle or fitting a longer the stem), whereas if the frame itself is too big for you, it’s likely to be less comfortable and won't feel right. eMTBs - choose the larger size. You’ll find an eMTB with a slightly larger frame easier to handle than one that feels cramped. You can always fit a shorter stem if necessary to reduce the reach to the handlebars.

How are ebike frame sizes measured?

An electric bike’s frame size is calculated by measuring the distance from the top of the seat tube (where the seat post inserts), to the centre of the front chainring. Sizing Guide
