Powered by Bosch’s 85Nm high torque Performance CX (Gen4) engine, the Strike eRide 930 from delivers extraordinary performance. Also, it’s relatively light and highly responsive, the Strike makes its mark on the most demanding trails. Manufacturing ensures an optimised stiffness-to-weight ratio. A huge fully integrated 625Wh battery ensures long rides, and fits seamlessly into the frame.
Virtual 4 Link Frame Design
The eRide utilises a “Virtual Four Link” frame design. The suspension has been honed to work with maximum efficiency and in harmony with SCOTT’s TwinLoc Suspension System. The kinematic suspension curve gives supple small bump sensitivity resulting in exceptional traction characteristics. Consequently, there’s also perfect support in the mid-stroke and a controlled deep stroke for predictable and comfortable bottom outs. Specific pivot placements ensure efficient pedaling to provide huge forward momentum.
TwinLoc Suspension System
The TwinLoc Suspension System is a proprietary SCOTT Suspension System. Above all, it allows a rider to control a bikes suspension performance and geometry simultaneously.
TwinLoc helps manage the sag effect in several ways. Most systems only increase low-speed compression in an effort to gain pedaling efficiency. TwinLoc allows changing compression damping, but also to change the spring curve, dynamically altering the geometry of the bike. In Trail mode, the shock is not only firmer, but has dynamically less travel. The bike sits higher, maintains a steep seat angle for those climbs, and becomes more agile. A full lockout mode ensures going up in the most efficient manner possible.
Being able to switch from mode to mode depending on a trails profile at the push of a lever is a feature unique to SCOTT.

The Marzocchi Z2 Air forks with 3-modes are ultra responsive. As a result, the eRide is capable of gobbling up almost anything. The ‘Boost’ thru axle widens the hub spacing by 6mm resulting in a flatter spoke angle. Wheels are stiffer and stronger. Chain stay length is shorter for greater agility. Rear suspension is provided via a X-Fusion NUDE, and delivers ultimate compensation whenever required. A tapered headtube ensures superb stiffness and precise steering.
Gearing on the SCOTT Strike eRide 930 from doesn’t get any better. The new SRAM SX Eagle 12-speed and wide range 11-50T cassette work in perfect harmony. Subsequently, gear changing is effortless, reliable and efficient, thanks to SRAM SX Eagle Single Click shifters. Wheels are tough, stable and reliable. Maxxis Rekon’s 29×2.6 on the front and rear are tubeless ready and keep the bike stable yet agile at all times. Formula hubs and Syncros rims provide ultra strength and endurance. A perfect match. Shimano BR-MT420 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes offer progressive, responsive and effective braking. In addition, a set of 203mm rotors front and rear are more than up to the job.
The Syncros Duncan Dropper dropper seatpost is a nice touch. It facilitates easy handling on all those tricky downhills and operates remotely.
