Riese & Müller Delite GT Touring
The Riese Müller Delite GT Touring is a hugely comfortable and exquisite ebike thanks to its unique design and dual suspension. It fairs equally well on a vast array of terrain, offering the rider an immensely comfortable ride at all times.
Quality Components
First and foremost, the new Performance Line CX (Gen4) is the powerhouse on this dynamic touring ebike. It’s new design is lighter and physically smaller than its predecessor, but delivers smooth, powerful acceleration when needed. On the bars is Bosch’s easy to read Intuvia display, showing all rider information.
A superb and gutsy hill-climber, the GT Touring comes with with top end Shmano Deore XT Shadow plus 11-speed derailleur gears. Shifting is both smooth and precise.
This unique touring ebike boasts a plethora of high quality components. The front suspension of the Delite GT Touring is via a nice set of air control Suntour Aions with 100mm of travel. The rear shock is a Suntour RS-19, matching the needs of any terrain. Schwalbe Super Moto-X 62-584 Reflex tyres on Rodi Tryp35 27,5″ rims provide huge grip, strength and durability on a wide range of terrain. Also available is a suspension upgrade to FOX, front and rear for even greater luxury and performance.
A nice set of Magura MT5, 4-piston disc brakes on the front ensure effective stopping in all weather conditions. They’re complemented with a set of MT4’s on the rear that bring progressive and effective braking.
The Delite is indeed an ultra comfortable, dual suspension electric bike with superb performance and a unique set of features to match.
Multiple Options, including the ‘GX’ package
The Delite GT Touring offers many different specification options. Worthy of note is the ‘GX’ package which transforms its already multi-terrain ability into an even more gutsy performer.
The package includes longer travel forks, upgrading from 100mm to 140mm with an additional option to go for FOX, front and rear. There’s a more pronounced, patterned tyre for even greater adhesion in the rough, and an internally routed Manic dropper seatpost when the going gets really tough. Ergon grips with bar-ends offer several grip positions, greater comfort, complemented by a sporty Ergon saddle too. Also, pedals are wider and more eMTB in the ‘GX’ option.
