Wisper 7 series bikes have a low step through frame with a relaxed and comfortable handlebar and seating position. With these exceptions all 7 series Wisper bikes are built using exactly the same high quality components and electronics as the corresponding 9 series bikes.

The Wisper SEL range is new for 2011/12 and boasts a very high level of equipment including the option of hydraulic brakes and the powerful Japanese Dapu motor.
